You can purchase brand-new garments at retail price, or purchase our gently worn items at a discounted price. You’ll submit your measurements via our sizing form to make sure your new Queenly outfit has the perfect fit, and we’ll alter the garment accordingly. We’ll ship your order via UPS, to arrive within 5–7 business days. Please note that all orders are final—no cancellations, returns, or exchanges can be made. Please refer to our FAQs for details.
